I recently ordered three prints to be framed. The lady in the gallery was efficient and knowledgable. The order was sent away to be done in Plymouth. I received a telephone call explaining that my order would be late, but as I live locally (ie not taking prints home from a holiday) I was happy to wait. When ready, because of my wait, the framed prints were couriered to my home address free of charge on a date to suit me. When they arrived, I was thrilled with my purchase (and the service, which despite being slow, was very good). Because of my experience, I will be returning to place another order as I need another few pictures. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend.
Bought 3 framed pictures from this gallery when my husband put them up on the wall one of the frames was 6mm smaller all around than the other two. I have emailed twice and received no response and when ringing it goes straight through to fax machine - no option to speak to anyone or leave a message. Terrible would not buy from there again. I live in Plymouth so do not have the option of going back
